Our story
Family-Run, Straight Talk Auto Repair
A&S Auto Service is a family shop in Garden Grove, run by brothers Sonny and Howie. Customers come to us because we tell them exactly what's wrong with their car and what it actually costs to fix, nothing added on and nothing hidden.
We've built our reputation one repair at a time. Many of our customers have been coming back for over a decade, and some started bringing their cars to Sonny as teenagers and still trust him with their vehicles today.
We speak both English and Vietnamese, so every customer can explain their car's problem in the language they're most comfortable with and get a clear answer back.
- Family-owned by two brothers
- No unnecessary upsells
- Fair, transparent pricing
- English and Vietnamese spoken
What customers say
“A&S Auto Service has been one of the most reliable shops I've been to. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, honest, and easy to talk to. They took the time to explain what was going on with my car without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs, which is hard to find these days. The work was done in a timely manner, and my car has been running great ever since.”
“These brothers are probably the most Honest, Hardworking Mechanics around Garden Grove. Make sure to speak with Sonny, he is one of the brothers that owns the place and is really kind and straightforward. I have literally been taking my car's to get fixed from Sonny since I was 17 years old and now I'm 33 year's old. He's the only one I trust not to haggle me on prices.”
“Sonny is the best and the most honest mechanic you could ever find, also Howie is an exceptional mechanic. The prices are very low and the quality of the work is excellent.”
